Shawn Wolfgang

General Manager

Shawn brings a wealth of experience from some of the most esteemed establishments in the industry. His career highlights include bartending at Danny Meyer’s Maialino in Manhattan, leading Popina in Brooklyn, and serving as Bar Manager at Chickadee in Boston’s Seaport.

Most recently he spent a year at TSH’s Black Lamb as the General Manager. In addition to his formal experience, Shawn's family owned a deli/pizza shop for most of his childhood. 'Opening FiDO feels a bit like coming home'. When he’s not at the restaurant, Shawn can often be found running through the city, at one of the area's great music venues, or at a dive bar with a crispy, cold pilsner.
