A graduate of Johnson & Wales University, Carolyn brings coast-to-coast experience to Fido Pizza, having worked under James Beard Award–winning chefs in Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Boston. Her career has spanned the spectrum from fine dining to wood-fired pizza, and she’s now back doing what she loves most—making craveable pies in a city she’s proud to call home. When she’s not in the kitchen, you can find her walking Castle Island, catching up on true crime documentaries, or perfecting her mint-chip ice cream opinions. She also makes regular pilgrimages west to visit her nephews—who, she’ll admit, are almost as fun as pizza.
