Thursday 6/11 Chef Collaboration Series: Brayan Correa (Black Lamb)

We're back with our pop-up series featuring some of our favorite local & regional chefs. We're collaborating to design a pizza or two that are representative of them and their restaurants. The pizzas will be as 10" pizzas and featured on our menus through the weekend, while supplies last.
Our next chef is Brayan Correa from our sister restaurant Black Lamb! Chef Brayan takes classic French cuisine as his starting point and looks to what great seasonal produce New England has to offer to form the basis of Black Lamb’s menu. You can expect dishes ranging from classics to fun twists on some of your American brasserie favorites.
